Group 1 Automotive is an international dealer group that operates across more than 70 sites in the UK. The group sells new cars from 13 manufacturers and offers a broad range of used models, which include city cars, EVs, hatchbacks, saloons and SUVs.

In addition to new and used cars, Group 1 Automotive provides a selection of aftermarket services, including MoTs, accident repairs and annual servicing. It also has dedicated body shop centres and employs staff that specialise in air conditioning and tyre replacement maintenance.

Group 1 Automotive sells thousands of new and used cars in the UK, while Group 1 Corporate is a dedicated team of contract hire specialists based in the south east of England. Group 1 Automotive supports the Motability Scheme, too, which helps disabled drivers find a suitable and affordable vehicle for their everyday needs.

The company entered the UK market in 2007 after acquiring Chandlers in Brighton, Hailsham and Worthing. Three years later, in 2010, Group 1 Automotive acquired its first BMW and MINI dealerships, which saw the founding of the Barons Group. In 2016, Group 1 Automotive acquired Beadles Group.
