‘We don’t want to be the biggest, just the best’, is the motto JCT600 has lived by for 70+ years. This highly respected motor retailer represents 23 car and van brands at 48 locations across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and the North East. JCT600 also offers a broad range of used cars and vans, with over 4000 vehicles for sale.

JCT600 works with some of the biggest names in the automotive world. The dealer group represents Bentley, Ferrari and Rolls-Royce. It also has dealer partnerships with Kia, Mazda, SEAT and Vauxhall. This means JCT600 meets a wide range of car buying needs and budgets.

The dealer group has a large network of important aftermarket services, which include body shop repair, MoT testing, servicing and vehicle finance. Extended warranty is also available, along with a vehicle valuation service. JCT600 operates a Mobility scheme, too, which lets disabled motorists get a new car that’s funded monthly by their Mobility allowance.

JCT600 can trace its roots back to 1946 when Edward Tordoff co-founded Tordoff Motors (trading as Brooklands Garage). After his father’s death, Jack Tordoff bought the shares for all of Tordoff Motors and built a new state of the art showroom next to the original garage. The dealer group name originates from a personalised number plate that Jack had fitted to his Mercedes 600, which included his initials and the car model - JCT600.
